How to use the EO sterile centrifuge tubes

Centrifuge tubes are usually used to hold liquids during centrifugation, which separates the sample into its components by rapidly rotating it around a fixed axis

A. Clean and dry the centrifuge tube before use

B. Open the tubes in clean enviroment, avoid contamination

C. Take a pipette to draw a certain amount of sample solution into the centrifuge tube.

D. Tighten the cap and place it in a centrifuge to separate the tiny particles in the sample from the solution and got the layered solution.

Precautions

1. The tubes needs to be cleaned and dried before use;

2. If there is only one centrifuge tube for a single test, another centrifuge tube needs to be filled with the same volume of liquid to maintain balance;

3. The centrifuge and the centrifuge tube should be matched, otherwise it cannot be used or is easily broken during use;

4. The cap needs to tightened during centrifugation.
